AF MEDI ENAMEL WHITENING & BRIGHTENING ENHANCED TOOTH STRIPS

Ingredients:

Polyethylene Glycol, Polyvinylpyrrolidone, hydroxyapatite, Hydroxyethylcellulose, sodium chlorite, citric acid, Menthol, Isopropyl Methylphenol, Potassium Sorbate.

Usage:

Use after brushing. Dry out outer and inner part of teeth with dry towel or tissue for better adhesion. Peels of strip & apply to upper & lower teeth, avoiding gums. Leave strips on for 30 minutes, peel off & discard. Gently brush off remaining gel and rinse mouth. Do not re-use strips.

Storage:

Do not store strips in high temperature or direct sunlight. Recommended storage below 25 degree Celcius or in refrigerator.

Precautions:

• Not recommended for childred under age of 12, pregnant women or lactating women.
• If there is any adverse reaction or dental insensivity such as swelling, redness, pain, etc in the gums or mouth during use, please stop using the strips & immediately consult your dentist.
• Avoid swallowing strips. Strips are to be take off & discarded 30 minutes after use.
• Please do not use these strips if you have dental tissues or oral lesions and are allergic to any of the ingredients in these strips.
• Avoid touching your eyes when in contact with the strips. Wash your hands after using the strips. If you accidentally touch your eyes, please rince them off with water immediately.
• While using the strips, please do not chew, eat or drink anything. Avoid smoking also.
• Do not use for more than 14 days in a row or as instructed by your doctor / dentist. We strongly recommend consumers to use the Whitening / Brightening Strips every two months when they regularly drink high staining items like coffee, tea or often smoke cigarettes. For others we recommend the use every 3 to 6 months.
• The strips should avoid direct contact with your gums.
• Please rinse and brush your teeth after use.
• The Black spots on the patches are a normal occurance. It is natural vitamin carbonisation, which can be used without worry & does not affect the brightening & whitening effect. 
• Use together with good oral care & correct brushing habits.
