- Tear backing paper
- Stick tape beside your kneecap.
- Peel and stick tape on the other side.
- Peel, stretch, and stick diagonally toward your thigh.
- Peel, stretch, and stick diagonally toward the other side.
APPLICATION MENTHODS
METHOD I:
JOINT SUPPORT
Apply from bottom to top for knee joint stabilisation.
METHOD II:
LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE
Apply from top to bottom to promote lymphatic drainage, reduce swelling and inflammation.
CAUTIONS
- Stop Immediately: Remove tape if itching, burning, redness, rash, or irritation occurs.
- Wound Care: Do not apply directly onto open wounds, broken skin, or sunburns.
- Medical Conditions: Consult a doctor if you have circulatory issues, diabetes, cancer, or deep vein thrombosis.
- Safe Removal: Do not rip or pull off quickly. Peel slowly in the direction of hair growth. Use baby oil to loosen adhesive if needed.
- Single Use: Designed for a single application. Do not reuse.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
PRO-TIPS
Bend your knee close to 90° and apply tape, stretch and stick. Do not stretch last 3-4cm. Dry skin thoroughly before use.
