Premium Elbow Strap provides pain relief by applying counterforce pressure to the forearm muscles, which then reduces strain on the elbow tendons. The strap works by altering how force is transferred through the tendons and allowing muscles to rest and recover more efficiently. HOW TO USE
TENNIS ELBOW
- The pain radiates from the outside of your elbow into your forearm and wrist. Wear the strap with the compression pressure pad facing outwards of your forearm, slightly below your elbow to relieve the pain.
- Tighten the Velcro straps. The band should be snug, but not too tight. You should be able to easily slide one finger between the strap and your arm.
GOLFER’S ELBOW
- There will be pain and tenderness felt on the inner side of your elbow, of which pain might extend along the inner side of your forearm. Wear the strap with the compression pressure pad facing inwards of your forearm, slightly below your elbow to relieve the pain.
- Tighten the Velcro straps. The band should be snug, but not too tight. You should be able toeasily slide one finger between the strap and your arm.
